Hussein joined the Inshuti of Rwanda team in 2017 and our houses have never been so soundly built. Hussein’s father died when he was young and his family struggled to scrape together money for school fees. He started working at an early age to earn money but eventually had to drop out of school. He started as a mason’s helper and after a lot of hard work, he was able to go back to school to study construction. Now he is a building Contractor and builds homes in Gisenyi town, where he lives with his wife Mukeshimana Flavianne, and their 5 lovely children. Hussein was inspired by his own struggles to join the Inshuti of Rwanda, to give back to people in his own community who are less fortunate than he now is.
